Law of Happy with Lauren Tatner

How Laughter Saved My Life (Part 1 with Kim O'Meara)

Lauren Tatner

In Part 1 of this 2-part Chat: Kim opens up about how laughter helped save her life.

In 2000, Kim was given 3 years to live after having been diagnosed with a fatal autoimmune disease. Today, Kim has outlived that "use-by" date by 20 years and credits Laughter Yoga for having played a huge role in this miracle.

It was such an honor to meet and chat with Kim. Get ready to laugh, sing, and be inspired.

More about our guest Kim O'Meara:

Kim was awarded the International Laughter Yoga Ambassador Award for outstanding work in the community through laughter. Kim is also a recovery support worker in mental health. She has travelled to Rwanda and brought Laughter Yoga to Genocide survivors and has created the first Laughter Club in Rwanda.
