Are you feeling tired or overwhelmed? 

Let's tap on some acupressure points to move up the emotional scale, find relief and feel better.

1) Tap gently on your eyebrow bone and say: Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm moving up the emotional scale and I appreciate myself

2) Tap gently on your cheekbone and say: Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm moving up the emotional scale and I appreciate myself

3) Tap gently on your upper lip and say: Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm moving up the emotional scale and I appreciate myself

4) Tap gently on your chin and say: Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm moving up the emotional scale and I appreciate myself

5) Tap gently on your collarbone and say: Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm moving up the emotional scale and I appreciate myself

6) Now lock it all in by tapping gently on the center of your head and say: Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm moving up the emotional scale and I appreciate myself

Breathe in. Hum as you exhale.

Breathe in. Smile and Hum as you exhale

Breathe in. Laugh gently as you exhale.

We are laughing to find relief and feel better.

What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is not comedy. We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!

Be gentle with yourself.

Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

She is certified as a Reiki Teacher, Consulting Hypnotist, and Meditation Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader, and Fitness Instructor Specialist.
