Kimmy:

So every little cell is a little ditty, a little song that is confirmation and affirmation for our bodies. To just appreciate them and have gratitude for them. And it's a song that you concentrate on different parts of your body that perhaps need a little bit of extra love today. You might have a headache, you might have a pain in your arm, or you might, you know, something like that. So we're touching those parts of our body that need that little extra love, that little extra attention. So that this is intention to be kind to yourself. So the words are, Every little cell in my body is happy. Every little cell in my body is well. And we times that by two. And then it's, I'm so glad every little cell in my body is happy and well, times two. It goes to the tune of, Mama's little baby loves shortnin shortnin Mama's little baby loves shortnin bread. Okay? Okay. For the listeners out there, you just need to start focusing yourself on your body from your head to toe and touch very gently on the parts that you'd like to concentrate on and sing along with me. So let's go. Every little cell in my body is happy, every little cell in my body is well, every little cell in my body is I think every little cell in my body is well. I'm so glad every little cell in my body is happy and well. I'm so glad every little cell in my body is happy and well. Oh my gosh.

Every little cell in my body is happy. Every little cell in my body is well. I'm so glad every little cell in my body is happy and well. I'm so glad every little cell. And my body is happy and well. Oh

Lauren Host:
